Hi, I’m Janus Lin. I am a software engineer specializing in Data Engineering and Analytics.

Throughout the 2020s, my work has centered on the intersection of data infrastructure and insight. I have extensive experience in building Spark applications and scalable ETL pipelines, while also deeply engaging in data analysis to drive informed decision-making.

Prior to my focus on data, I spent the 2010s as a backend engineer, where I developed a strong expertise in API development and system architecture. My journey started in the late 2000s; while the tools from those early days have changed, they provided the solid technical foundation that has anchored my career ever since.

My professional path is defined by this continuous evolution. I believe the essence of being an engineer is the ability to adapt. For me, the project’s mission comes first—I am always ready to learn and implement whatever technology is necessary to turn complex data into successful outcomes.
